Silkcards - Las Vegas, NV
Silkcards is a Las Vegas based company that specializes in high quality business cards of all finishes, materials and designs. Silkcards was setup to compete with the industry giants and was hard at work designing a streamlined web-based retail business. It was obvious that their competitors had invested in quality visual aids and Silkcards knew they would need to follow suit.
They decided to invest in building a product studio in their office and assigned the photography to the creative staff. Despite the quality camera equipment and lighting they still lacked the advanced skills necessary to show off the intricate details of their offerings. Next they hired several photographers both locally and online and the results were either too expensive, inconsistent and/or boring.
Frustrated with setbacks, they posting an ad online which happened to catch Byron’s eye while surfing the web. Byron contacted Silkcards, met for a meeting with the staff and even sent some quick test shots to further his vision for their project. Silkcards hired Byron Mason Photography for a shoot and with the results, they knew they had found a solution to their roadblock.
Byron Mason Photography provided creative backgrounds and styling specifically catered to their products matched with advanced lighting techniques to highlight the full product line. Working closely with Silkcards for the next 3+ years Byron Mason Photography has created over 500 unique product images populating nearly the entirety of their retail space.
